Does Nero copy discs properly?

I'm using Nero 8 Ultra btw...

I'm just wondering when using the "Copy Entire Disc" function with Nero, can that actually make 1:1 copies of DVD movies, game discs, etc... or is it not worth using in those cases?

I use Recode to copy movies anyway but I'm wondering if it can actually copy all the sectors properly and sub-channel data and all that?

 

yes it can make a 1 to 1 copy as long as the protection is removed

 

i burn a film onto disk and it burns fine but it always has problems gettin near 2 da end of the film can anyone tell me why this cud be happening

 

make sure your using good media like Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim burning between 4x and 8x max that should help. also you can set your target size a little smaller when you transcode so you aren't burning right to the edge of the blank dvd
