And before you ask-I know all about scanning, spolitters, EMU etc-This isn't the usual problem with simple solution. And I am not the onkly one-Every message board includes this difficulty
    Thanks

Were you getting the channels when doing a scan but no actual picture or was it missing from your list ? I have scanned now 30+ places and still can't get Sky Sports 1, Sky Sports News, Sky Premiere, Sky Premiere + 1, Sky Family, Virgin 1 and Virgin 1 + 1
And I am fully aware of no splitters, EMU etc etc. I have had this Starview for ages and know what I'm doing :)
    Many many thanks

Pal, im from Ireland & i am able to find out from the Virgin Media website that you have an outage in your area.

    Look here: http://status-cable.virginmedia.com/vmstatus/dailyupdate.do

Stop rocking the boat about the new cards. Because of threads being opened like this, you are causing a panic amongst people.

    Cheers
