dOeS tHIs hARDRIVE lOCK??????

IM GOING TO BUY A NEW HARDRIVE 2MARROW
IT IS A WESTERN DIGETAL 80 gB HARDRIVE 7200 RPM 8MB bUFFER

i have a softmodded v1.0 xbox

the model number is WD800JBRTLW

 

yeh i had the exact same but to be sure look on other xbox threads one of them is the list which hdd works with which version

i did everything right , when i put it in the xbox ir gives me error 6

 

format it again

 

i did same thing happened

 

take it back its obviously not compatible with it unless u no someone with a differeent ver xbox and its softmodded then try on that
