My order status seems to have changed to despatched so hopefully all is cool.

Seems like you're having a bit of a 'mare, so I'd just like to say that the 3 people that reccomended the site are extremeley pleased with the product and the service.

 

I am really disappointed with Model Gadget.

It is now 3 weeks since MG took GBP 66.73 from my card via World Pay and I have still not received an order update. I never got a confirmation order email - and have emailed the supplied email addresses twice a week since the order. I did have one reply saying they would personally look into my order the next day (2 weeks ago) and nothing since.

There is no answer from the phone line and you cannot leave a message. How are you supposed to deal with a trader like this?

It is now 2 days after my daughter's birthday - so had to find something else for her birthday present.

Anyway I will not waffle on, & express how I feel, as I have tried to do that on there site, after all why should I have to come here to get an answer, it's an absolute mess......I tried to make a review and it was deleted, |I thought the point of reviews, was to show other users an exact and honest opinion.......

Anyway let's get a response please a private one will do about my order.......

& can we have some respect to the customers that trusted you in the first place, to come here on another site to try and get answers, that to me shows real lack of respect and customer service, Correcting your own mistakes doesn't get a sympathy vote from me, learn from this devastating error on how you have your site hosted, managed & software used!

the R4 is in demand this month and its not his fault everyone has flooded him with purchases in the last week.

he is trying to sort out everyone's orders, so by al means if you want to contact him about your order then do so if your concerned and have a query.

I'm sure you'll have your order next week and im sure you'll soon forget his hard work these past few day because once you have your R4's there will be no recognition for him by you.

and if you didn't like this forum then why post here you should have called him personally, mike is a genuine nice guy and im sure he would have appreciated your call....

Hi i think this is my last and final attempt at getting a reply from Model-Gadget, i like other members are having problems, i ordered 2 R4DS cards and 1 2GB MicroSD card on the 10th Decemeber and i paid through Worldpay at a cost of £64.48

But when i log into my account it says i have ordered

which i haven't ordered, aswell as this there is a major security issue on the site whenever i bring the site up on the web it says LOGOFF when i haven't logged in, i click on my account and it gives me someone else's order details including address, this has now happened 6 times, i would be grateful for a reply.

 

What the f, Don't you dare tell me to take a chill pill, who ask your opinion, the reply I made is between me and modelgadget, I am free to express my concerns without people like you to tell me to chill!, by the way have you heard of proper management of Iventory items? within a well managed shop?
