Last year I unfortunately dealt with you and had no end of trouble with my order. This year my wife ordered an item from you (had she asked me first, I would have told her to steer well clear as there are far more professional sites around). However, despite numerous emails and attempted phone calls, we have no response.

Your website STILL lists items as available and being dispatched within 24 hours which clearly is not the case. I stumbled across this thread purely by accident and think it is appalling that customers are having to post in a public forum to try and get issues resolved.

As someone earlier stated....a good experience means a few other people get to hear...a bad experience means a LOT of other people get to hear. You have done yourselves untold damage as far as customer relations goes.

Please respond asap.

Whilst we apprecite the effort you are making on this site, I feel you need to answer your emails or put a notice on your own website to let all your customers know what is happening and to save yourself a lot of bad publicity which will surely affect future orders.

Your website (and posts on this forum) assure that delivery will take a maximum of 7 days. 11 days on, I have not even received a confirmation e-mail bar the one from worldpay. I have tried e-mailing and calling both of the telephone numbers on your website but with no success, I did notice however that the money was debited from my card very quickly. Could you please give me an update ASAP as it is a Christmas present for my son!

just to let all you know, i've bought loads from model-gadget and never had a problem, with thousands of messages flooding the site, it will take a while to respond to them all,

mike must be working his hardest to get all orders out for x-mas, but he's not a wizard and you need to be patient, with more people this xmas wanting ds acessiories i can imagine what pressure he must be under,

but well done modgadget for your hard work and alot of people will be very happy this xmas but can people understand he will not be able to guarentee xmas arrivals for every1 ( well in my opinion anyways )

i highly recommend model gadget for your future products and everything WILL go back to the way it was after this busy time,
just be patient
