i did some mod like wearing 2 battle rifle in dualing mode and rocket too

but i d'ont know how to change the fire rate. i tryed somting end all i got is that my battle shoot 1 ball insteat of 3 now

can anyone help me to get my battle rifle shoot like a smg ?

i would love to have a pelican intead of my banshee but i d'ont have any idea about how
