I have looked for the answer for this one, and can't seem to get any help.

First I used this guide to permanently put subtitles on a mpeg using TMPGEnc: http://www.afterdawn.com/articles/archive/dvd_to_vcd_with_subs.cfm

The subtitles showed ok, but I wanted to have bigger and more confortable fonts... so I tried the guide on: http://www.dvdrhelp.com/forum/userguides/153058.php

The result... now I have double subtitles... one is totaly configurable (the one on the second guide using ffdshow), but also the other anoying small subtitles on top.

I think the problem is that both use the priority of the Directshow in VFAPI plugins on TMPGEnc.

I wish to either be able to configure the one on the first guide or to make them disapear and use the ones with ffdshow.
