Downgrading from 4.1 to 4.0

    I did a quick search and didn't see anything so hopefully someone can help? I have version 4.1 on my 32 GB Ipod Touch so I can't jailbreak it, is it possible and if so how do I downgrade it to 4.0 so I can jailbreak it?
