download incomplete of new eurovox

I was just wondering has anyone any idea what might be wrong?

im living here in ireland and am connected through u/c.i bought a new euro vox online and did the various steps to download channels everything ran smoothly except only about 8 channels appear to be working it says on the rest of channels (please wait,code been updated).does anyone know what the problem might be?

 

Have you updated the firmware on the box? which eurovox is it? Press Menu, Config, System info and type back what it says in there.

when i went into config etc this is whats in system info box

 

firmware was downloaded too!!

 

I presume it's a max V? In the installation Menu does it give you an option to deep scan.

yes its max v no it doesnt just full power scan

 

Doesn't sound like it flashed correctly, try flashing it again with this firmware,
