I have an application that does not provide an icon that is related to the app. there is no replacement icon in the app's properties. if I can find an icon that is related to the app, download it to the deskyop, will that icon ACTUALLY open the app in the same way the included icon does? in the past I have tried this and it did not work. I also tried the drag and drop method to bring the web page to the desktop but that did not work. the app is active, it is only the icon I am not pleased with. solutions?
