downloaded the latest firmware for starview still not working

    hi can some out there plz help me with this prob as its doin my head in im not realy uptodate with computers. Anyway i can see the software download from my pc go into my starview 1 box original 100perc and then it says downloaded successfully.but when i try get the box up and runnin it says 34programs found. Any help would be grateful.btw the firmware is API ver:4.00e_E Boot ver:7.0

    Menu > Factory Setting
    PIN 0000
    OK to delete

    Turn box off at the back for a minute and turn back on

    English > Installation
    Choose Provider etc
    Automatic Scan
    Press OK
    Channels found
    Exit

    Press Menu then 1570
    Turn EMU key ON

    Exit , exit , exit
