Is there any sites or programs that i can use to download dvds and dvds that still have good quality.
Try dvd shrink and dvd decrypter . Both are free. Here are some great guides for these programs. http://home.comcast.net/~bbmayo/index.html Dvd shrink will rip and compress those original dvd's. Dvd decrypter is a more aggressive ripper,and it also has a burn engine. If you have nero,it also works great with dvd shrink-they are my main programs.I use decrypter on those newer/tougher encryptions. I hope this is what you meant by downloaded.
