i know codes aren't allowed from the last time this happened earlier this year.... but i can't even get * to try out the fix mentioned. what are people using to get the new code?

hi, after downloading, you need to extract by using (winrar software) then run it.
after that, by using Filezilla or Dreambox Control Center edit the (keylist.txt) file in (var/keys/) folder with the new keys you got them from * and save then bootup as cgscott said.

ive tried the keys provided with the s/w mentioned, but the keys dont work and have recently gone back to the original keys. I may have modified keylist.txt wrong

Do you just change the keys and keep the date/time the same??

 

I think the autoroll has sorted itself out as of 8:35 pm.

Reset your boxes by pulling the plug go to sky sports. If this doesnt work restart the cam and try again if nothing then i will post advice tommorow.

I am watchin the football now guys so i wont be able to help till tommorow.

just thought i would let you know that i changed keys in tuxbox commander at 3pm today and everything works fine, get * from *

 

after extracting the winrar file you will find the link in the ifo file

 

Ok, i may be going back to basics here, but i tried reflashing over the network, bad idea i now know.

Now it wont connect over serial using dreamup. anyone know what to do?
