Hi chaps, flashed new image fine, however still only basic channels, anyone got any clues to what I did wrong? Thanks to all. Dave

 

What worked for me was go to channel that isn't working push ok.

Wait for blank screen.

Hold down info button for couple of seconds and evocam option to restart will come up.

Hit okay. Channel should work.

I am having problem actually getting channels to show. Lots missing, movies, sports etc. Any ideas? have scanned through options on auto transponder scans.

What channels are you getting sleepee?

Are you getting any of the locked ones?

I am doing another scan because none are working now again apart from basics. That is probably my fault however as I will insist on playing about with other options that I have no knowledge of whatsoever :0)

Cant help myself but then thats how you learn I suppose

I tried the info button and it did come up with what you said but no evo just 2 boxes with the word none in. Im getting some of the free channels and radio but nowt else. Cheers chaps

 

Right guys heres the deal. I messed up and forgot to put a couple of important files in so im doing another one.

Will take bout 20 mins.

PS This is a backup of my box just so you get the channels till i make a new image up.

Do a scan of your area to pick up your local channels.

This works fine but may look like double channels.

Sorry bout that huys but i rushed into it. Gimme till tommorow to fix it as i am busy tonight.


As i said this is temporary until i sort a fresh image out.

hello ppl wen my dreambox 500c went down in april 2008 i flashed box with null modem cable is ther a null modem image for this if so can u send im lookin on the forums 2 see if i can get new 1 went on mega upload werent 2 sure wat 2 do so if use can helpme cheers been on here since april still thick so helps needed cheers

I've downloaded the file but the d-box doesn't recognise it.

What you mean doesnt recognize it?

It should be flashed with null modem or flash wizard.
