dreambox codes

has anyone got the lastest codes for virgin media please

 

Hello guys, all new to me this, been watching this thread for a few days now and getting my head around the terminology haha. I have a dbox 500c and as "millions of others" it not working with VM.
I understand I need to edit some codes, I understand I can use the remote to do this. My problem is the colored buttons (blue)on my remote do not show the menu I expected, its plugins. The (yellow) shows audio. what am I doing wrong. pretty much a thicko now I've read the thread.... heeeeeeelp plzzzzz

 

xtelboyx you probably have the wrong software in your box. Thats why you can't change the codes.....

Hi there i have been reading for days trying to work out how i change the codes on a sagem dreambox, I tried to type in all the information rom7 and all that but i must have done something wrong because still there is nothing. My husband told one of his friends I would do this for him. We have a eurovox, much easier for a woman to do, im ready to penalty kick sagem thing out back window. An idiots guide step by step would be great. (Have dwnlded dummys guide still no further forward. Thank you in advance.

Hi all once you change the codes manually you need to reset the dreambox by holding down red button on remote for a few seconds. Then 3 options appear - choose reset option ..

for folks doing it manually in Var/temp/txt make sure you delete all old frequency first - I find if you just keep 2 line of data - 00 and 01 it works..
