    Upload the decompressed rom files you previously got via ftp to the folder var/keys at the box and reboot the box.

    It is done via a ftp programm like filezilla and a network connection to the box.
    If you have no clue about networking you could try a other image instead.

    not a clue about networking? how do i find anoter image and where would i down load this from,

    I selected yes to flash erase when i did the imagae falsh??? shuold I have not done a flash erase?

    yes I did but still no joy got all the channel info but no picture

    The image in the link is DK 1.1 image with the emu and updated ROMs installed by Chris so it should work out of the box as such.

    However with this image evocamd is activated by holding down the info button for a few seconds. Unlike in some other images it is via the blue button. So try activating the emu via the info button.

    This is of course presuming that you have flashed the image correctly.

    yahooooo thats done it!! got all the channels exept satanta sports, is there a flash for this channel!!!
