I give up!! Her indoors is downstairs watching Celine Dijon on me fully working 500 c, delighted wit this new fix! Trust me it works lads. Now that's not exactly helping col, BTW what did you do with the missing lib to get it working as you said you have used the DW image?

There is a DK 1.1 image in Eamos as I asked for it to be included and looks like its there now. It can be found here should make it easier for others.

Sometimes its easier to give a helping hand.

I can also confirm that this works....However you will need to use the DK image which you can download from their site. Google it and it should not be a b problem.

Also do not use your windows FTP client because you will not be able to change the attribute from 600 to 755. I got it the first time i used the DK image whereas i had the same problem everybody was experiencing when i was ussing the DW 1.6 and 2.0.

I am having trouble changing to 755 on a sagem 1x using blade quad with filezilla 3.0.11 any ideas? what software did you use?

Also has anybody got it working on any dbox image yet?

 

any sign of this fix being ported to the dBox2?

Hi guys.Tanx 4 posting the DK image. Have it d/l and flashed. Now another stupid question 4 ye - do I also need to ftp the roms in Eamos library and the new fix, or just the new fix? Tanx in advance guys.

Has anyone got this to work on a 2x dbox2, if so could they explain how or upload an image thanks.

 

Hi guys cam anyone tell me what cables i need to flash dbox.. I have null cable and a serial port adopter..Do i need any thing else??

This is the procedure that has worked for me Dreambox 500c

Flash image DK1.1 to dream box (I use Dreamup and null modem connection.)

reboot the dreambox

FTP the three files ( I used Dreambox Control Center to FTP the files)
hypercam. cfg
hypercam.keys
hypercam _1.06

into your VAR/BIN folder in the dreambox

when the files are in the VAR/BIN folder, right click on each of the files and change attributes on all three files from 644 to 755


reboot dreambox


Press blue button on remote, to go to Tux Commander.

Select var folder
select the bin folder
hightlight hypercam 1.06.

Press red button to execute,
press exit
press red button to SAVE settings and exit.
go to main menu to the service searc

select Dublin NT hell and scan for channels



Tune to Sly Sports or Sly Movies and wait a minute or two, then change channel again.
All channels should now be available.

HAPPY DAYS yohoo!!!!

There appears to be a bug ----
If you power down the dream box you may loose channels. if so

Press blue button on remote, go to Tux Commander.

Select var/bin and hightlight hypercam 1.06.

Press OK to execute, SAVE settings and exit.
and all should be ok again.
