This problem is driving me to drink..
I have several movies on my hard drive ( mostly in avi format).
I start 'nerovision express), intending to put some of them on to a dvd, click on create dvd, click on 'add video file', I then click on the movie file that I want to add (avi file), but then that is when my problem starts.

I just forget the exact wording, but a message box pops up saying that it can not decode mpeg-4 files, and that the way to fix it, is to get NERO ULTRA EDITION..

But the funny thing is that I am using NERO ULTRA EDITION, I went to the NERO site this morning and downloaded all the uodates ( all six of them ), but I am still getting this message..

can anyone help with this ??????????????????????

    hmmm,
what codecs have you got installed?,what packs
    i have thr k-lite full pack,which handles mpeg-4,
not sure what nero has to be honest,
you could try uninstalling and clean sweeping, then reinstall

try downloading and installing this codec pack first

    http://www.free-codecs.com/download/K_Lite_Mega_Codec_Pack.htm

post back with results,as i would be interested in the answer

    hi

it maybe you dont have the right serial codes installed i have about 8 codes in my nero/nero vision express for DVD plugin/mp3 plugin etc etc etc...

they sort of call them plugins but you already have them installed just not activated!
