DS Fire Card - white screen when loading games

    Hi brainy people,pleas help me.

    I have a 16G DS Fire Card (white), when i load my ds up and click on a game to play, i just get 2 white screens - and nothing else.

    I have no problem loading games onto the Fire Card and make sure they end in .nds.
    I am able to play majority of my games but not recent ones.

    if it makes any difference i have a DS Lite .

    I assume you have an outdated flashcart ?

    Hi,
    how do i know if it is out of date?
    i am guessing it is as the website no longer exists (www.dsfirelink.com)

    on my ds fire card menu it says in top right corner in green 'STABLE2.52'

    how do i update it without breaking it?
