I just got my DSTT and I am not sure if it is supposed to be like this. But when I put my memory card in it, it is very loose and falls out. Plus I cannot seem to get it working. It says "no card". I think this could be because it is so loose. I already put the 3 files that I need and it still doesn't work.
I don't own a DSTT but it sounds to me like a faulty spring. I would try to get a refund or replacement from where ever you bought it.
