    Hey Everyone -

Question from a newbie - I haven't been able to find this in the forums, hopefully I am not just blind....
There is a plethora of new Dual Layer drives on the market, even some that burn at 16X such as the NEC 3500.

My questions is: "If I buy a dual layer drive like the NEC, do I *have to* use dual layer discs or can I use the less espensive single layer discs if I choose to do so"

Thanks in advance for the help!
