How do I find out how slow a burn will go. I'm looking for a burner that will burn at 2x because my TSSTcorp CD/DVDW TS-H652L will not let me.I only use verbatim +R disc.Witch I know for a fact will burn at 2x,because I've done it on my old hp computer and now that I've bought a new hp computer the dam thing will not burn at less than 4x.I checked for a newer firmware but was unable to find one..Mine is 0603. Any help on this would be very much appreciated thank you
Your question begs the question as to why you want to burn that slow. About the only way I know that you will get it to burn that slow is to find some REALLY old 2x media. If you do find some 2x media, don't be surprised if it results in coasters at a rate of about 75%.
