I have just joined this site, and so far I am impressed. Lots of usefull info.I just read the posting " starting out right" and I really don't understand much, yet. First off, my burner is a liteon 12x dvd+-r/+-rw drive, duel format dvd writer. The os system that came with it is neroOEM suite, containing express 6, in cd 4, vision express 2, back up, mpeg-2 svcd/dvd, dvd rewriteable. I have also purchased nitro burn and go The whole idea here was to beable to copy my dvd movies, and some of my kids xbox games, especially his games, as he is very hard on em.So far I have had no luck. So, in reference to the tread I read, what is iso? and how do you diable nero?
First off, xbox games cant be just put into a pc and copied. They have to be ftp'd from the xbox and then created as an iso befor burning them. An iso is just a format, say like .mp3 or .avi. Use dvd decrypter to do your dvds as nero doesnt decrypt the protection.
