   i have a DUO X2GS...(i think is not a DUO X2GS Cromwell/FlashBios Edition)
   i don't know how to install a dashboard....
   and i cant ftp my xbox from pc...

   you will need a torrent program i would recommend http://utorrent.com
   burn that to dvd and pop it into the xbox and install the dashboard from there...
