I am just curious to see what everybody is using. I am looking to see if there is better software to author DVD discs. As of right now, I use Ulead DVD Workshop 2. I purchased this a while back, and I am quite fond of it. Is there better, more efficient software out there that I could try before purchasing it? I would prefer a software that allows custom menus.

My favorite of all software is TMPGe DVD Author. It allows you to chapter cut, customize your menus and have more than one title on 1 DVD try this link, http://www.pegasys-inc.com. They have a trial version there so check it out first before you buy.

I recommend checking out both TMPGEnc DVD Author and DVD-Lab. Both have 30 day trials, and depending on what you want from your authoring software either one may do what you want. DVD-Lab (especially the Pro version) can do most things that several thousand dollar authoring programs can do, but the learning curve can be a little steep. TMPGEnc, on the other hand, doesn't have as many features, but has an incredibly easy interface to learn.

Awesome! I will check out both of these, and post back here with my thoughts.

I'd suggest editing your signature as well. It's not appropriate for our forums.

To tell the truth, I don't really even remember. It's been quite a while since I've posted on this forum. I think like a year or more? Anyways, my signature has been changed.
