dvd burning problem...need help

    also this may sound odd but try other makes of drive like pioneer as booktype as the drive may be a nec but with liteon guts/insides

    what app shrinks your originals down? can it output as an ISO? as dvd shrink can!

    Tried all 9, all failed....

    I'm going to get better diskettes, I think that's a must.... it's really no rush right now to burn movies...I can wait a bit....

    As for imgburn, it seems cool but it will take a while to learn.

    I'm dead tired, it's 3.36 am, I will be back soon when I get the diskettes.. (new ones)...

    thanks again.

    P.S. I don't have dvdshrink but I'll install that tomorrow as well.

    just noticed you have files in avi format, i use TFM The FilmMachine to make to iso to dvd, it does the lot for you! this app is easy and free!

    burn iso with imgburn

    it has its own encoders but i use an outside encoder called CCE (only certain types can be used in TFM)

    quailty truely awesome!

    and ConvertXtoDVD is brill for this too! easy as pie on avi or mpegs
