dvd decrypter

    iff i rip a dvd5 with decrypter ie . one that will fit on a blank dvd , with dvd decrypter in iso mode , i understand that all i need to burn is the iso file .
    but my question is what is the other file for i think its called a mds file , what is this file and what is it for ?

    Hey I was wondering the same myself. I thinks its some sort of audio file but if you go into the preferences option you can choose to decrypt without creating this extra file. Has no affect as you only copy the iso image. By the way why do this as iso as this is the popular option for backing up ps2 games.
