I used to burn movies just fine with Windows XP, now I have windows vista and DVD Decrypter is not working like it worked with Windows XP, I dont know if it has something to do with the operating system. I decripted a movie and everything went fine, when it finished DVD Decrypter gave me this message: "Failed to set data for 'DVD Decrypter Play DVD Movie on Arrival' I have no idea what that means. When I open and close DVD Decrypter, without decripting, it gives me the same message. Does someone know what that means. I also would like it if someone could tell me where I can read a good guide that teaches me how to use DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypeter. Some time ago I used both programs just fine, now I am having trouble, for example, when the movie finishes shrinking the DVD Decrypter page does not open automaticaly like before. When I open DVD Decrypter manualy and look for the file to write the DVD, the file is empty. HELP PLEASE. THANKS
You need to ditch DVD Decrypter which hasn't been updated in years and get a current ripper which is recieving support such as DVDFab HD Decrypter. All you could ever need can be found here ~ http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/673257

okay i hate not knowing nothing. well i downloaded the dvdfab. i clicked start and im able to see the videos on the program. i went and downloaded fixvts and all it shows up its a box and i have no idea what goes on after.
Click 'Open' and go to where your video_ts folder is at. Open that folder, click on the first file listed there, and click 'Open'. Click 'Full DVD' next, and wait as it goes thru all the video_ts files. Once done, you can either shrink the results with dvd shrink to compress them to dvd5 file size, or burn the results with imgburn.
