I take it that this is the DVD Decrypter log on a burn which was called from DVD Shrink? You may be burning too close to the edge of the disk. In Shrink under 'Edit' and 'Preferences' is the DVD target size at the default (4.7GB)? Reset it to 'Custom 4300'. I use DVD-RW when testing settings.It saves a lot of disks. DVD Decrypter if you click 'Tools' then 'Drive' you can erase RW disks and check for firmware updates.
