    Hi Madrox105
When did start happening - any changes to the pc?

Open the case and make sure the drive is securely connected to the ide cable.
If you have it set to the master connection on the ide cable the jumper pin on the back of the drive should be set to master too - or if on the slave the jumper should be set to slave.
Exception would be if this is a Dell pc - pin would need to be set to cable select.
Check the ide cable to the motherboard and make sure secure in the port too.

Then check the power connector and make sure all okay there.
