I believe that would be caused by a improperly "fixed" no-cd/no-dvd executable file.

No, i don't use no-cd/no-dvd files. Why would i even need a no-cd/no-dvd file? My computer is not slow, so having slow games surprise me.

Listen if you downloaded the files lonerz told you too and you switched put them in your games install folder than you are in fact using fixed files. They are essentially the files you need to start and play the game but they are hacked to allow you to play without a disc. Doesnt matter how fast your computer is if the files are f***ed up then the game will run weird. In your case it ran slow. Another option but less likely is you have spyware/adware on your system and its slowing everything down.

Ok, i forgot that i used a no-cd patch for Battlefield Vietnam. I tried to use one when i couldn't get it to run. I went to the folder and there is one of those patch .exe. I thought that uninstalling then re-installing the game would delete the patch. But for Diablo 2L LOD, i never used a patch and it ran very slow and froze.

    Heres an image:

Im not sure about that file with a question mark.
I dont have the instructions anymore, but i remember renaming bfvietnam.exe to go.exe, and by playing by the shortcut: go.exe. So, should i uninstall bfv again and delete the patches?

Thanks for all the help :)

I uninstalled the game, then deleted everything in the folders, but when i reinstalled it ran just as slow and froze, making me have to turn off my computer.
