Ripping DVD 5 (single sided holding 4.4gb)
& DVD 10 (the double sided discs with
4.4gb per side is very easy with macintosh
    OS9, DVDextractor 0.9 & Roxio Toast. Just
open the DVD extractor program, insert the
DVD you want to copy & go to file menu &
    'save image'.
It takes about 30 minutes to save a disc
image to your HD. Once its finished , double
clicking the image will open it directly into
Toast where you burn it to a DVD-R. I've
done this countless times with only a few
coasters. I use a 400hz iMac with around
30gb free hard disk space. However, I'm
finding copying DVD 9 discs (single sided
dual layer ) really tricky - any tips would be
    appreciated.
