   I have a DVD + r and need to burn a ISO.
   However it seems to be made of a DVD - r.
   Can i convert it or otherwise change settings so i can burn it?

   Don't ask same questions in many forum areas. As I replied to you earlier in other post, you don't need to do anything, ISO images can be burned _Exactly_ in same way to DVD+R as to DVD-R.
