I'm trying to join 2 movies (~2 GB both and one with 2, the other with 3 VOB's) into 1 DVD. After making the menu and linking the VOBs i'm going to compile it.

The entire DVD has then a size of 4,20GB, after compiling I keep however a file with only 1GB, consisting of the VOB files VTS_01_1 to 9, whereby the first 976.606KB, the second 72.016KB and the other 0KB ...

    The compile-log-file:

Start building video Title set (VTS)
Start building Video Title Set (VTS)
    Authoring Starts
Start building Video Title Set (VTS)
    1. Reading VOB is in progress
    Placing navigation parameters
    Crerating PGC for the title
    2. Reading VOB is in progress
    MSG: 2963

    MSG: 2963
    Done!

Have tried it several times, but it wont work.

I've found a site where the Error 2963 is explained:
2963 Source video frame rate is neither 29.97 (NTSC) nor 25 (PAL) (VOB/VRO).

,... but all my VOB's are PAL and OK! >.<

Have you got mixed aspects, or audio in any given VTS?
