Your PC (or someones) should be able to open the disk and look at the folders.

Inside the 'DVD_RTAV' folder find the 'VR_MOVIE.VRO' file.
Copy that file to the desktop.
Put an .mpg at the end and use Nero Vision 4 or Nero Vision Express to make a new DVD with it.

No, open the disk with Explorer and copy the file, then use the likes of Nero to make a new DVD with the renamed file.
If Explorer cannot open the disk, it means your DVD player/burner does not recognize DVD-RAM.
Run Nero Info Tool to find out the drive capabilities.

You would normally download it to your desktop.
Unzip the contents, and run the program.
It does not install anything on your PC.

If you feel uncomfortable doing this, then go to this location and type in the model of your DVD burner.
