DVD recorders

    I am trying to copy a VHS tape to DVD on a Sanyo DVW recorder.The directions say to connect the VHS to the back of the DVW. I can get it to record the video but no audio.What am I doing wrong? My VCR only has one video and 1 audio out. (Maybe that has something to do with it) Please help.

    When recording monoural make sure you only use the 'left' jack as your sound source.
