dvd ripping

    is there a program that will backup a whole disc from tv series. i have smallville season 1 and i want to backup the season. each disc has 4 episodes. every time i try to rip it it wont burn all the way. i have tried with alot of programs. it seems to quit burnign after the first vob file. i wont even burn with nero.

    Did you try to rip with DVD Decrypter then compress with Shrink?

    There is a large difference between ripping and burning -

    When you say you TRY to rip, it sounds like you're not having any success in ripping - As Flip suggested, use DVD Decrypter, in the file mode, if you're having trouble ripping, try to remove the PUO's, many times that helps -

    By far the best episodel compiler is DVD2One. Use that in the "Join" mode either "Seamless" OR "Non-seamless" mode.
