dvd rom

    I APOLOGIZE IT IS A DVD ROM LG GSA*4163B.THE DOOR WILL NOT OPEN. IT MAKES THE SOUND LIKE IT WANTS TO OPEN. PLEASE HELP ME.

    just try to open it manually by putting a paper clip(after straightening it)in the little hole you'll see just under the door.And see if the black "elastic" which function is to open and close the tray is still good or may be it got out or even broken.

    P.S:And no capital letters all the way please else you'll hear from a mod.
