@enthusy: can you post the Nero log here (without serial number of course) that way we can take a look? Also if you are using DVD Shrink to encode, try to make an ISO and burn with DVD Decrypter, just to rule out software.
Hey, here is the log of an ISO/image failing to lead-out. (I tried ruling out any software issues by performing various burn tests with sonic-foundry and roxio products.) All tests were successful but that doesn't mean much since the problem occurs randomly. I'll have to do further testing before I can point a finger at Nero. ***I'm pretty sure this is a firmware issue. (I had a Plextor drive do the same thing ...updating the firmware fixed the problem.) hmmm... a couple of things I noticed. The first is this You may be burning too close to the edge of the disc, which can cause problems. A lot of members here limit the encode to 4300 MB to avoid this, so that may be an option to look into. Also, there's this: I personally have never heard of AML so I don't know their quality, but there's a program called DVD Identifier (http://dvd.identifier.cdfreaks.com/) which checks the Media ID code and then offers a link to a database comparing it with other media and giving you compatibility info.
