It sounds like you have a 4:3 movie and DVD Santa is transcoding it to 16:9. I have never used DVD Santa but I am sure there is an option somwhere to output the file to 4:3 not 16:9. So look around in the programs settings or when you output the file and choose 4:3 aspect ratio.

Actually it was in 4:3 mode.
Would the Pal or Ntsc options make a difference.
I also burned it at htere medium setting which is sized as 352x480 where the high setting is 720x480.
    thanks

If you have it set at 4:3 asoect ratio then it should output it to 4:3

I think 352x480 means your outputing it as NTSC format. So if your system is NTSC then your correct on that setting.

But if your setting says 4:3 and it outputs it 16:9 than I duno what to tell you. Like i said I have never used DVD Santa. I wish I could help you out more but have no clue about DVD Santa. I just wanted to make sure you where outoputting it as 4:3 and you say you are.

Hopfully somone else comes along and can shed more light on it for you.
