DVD SANTA

    HELP!
    JUST GOT FULL VERSION OF DVD SANTA AND AM HAVING TROUBLE BURNING DVD-R AND DVD+R DID NOT HAVE THIS PROBLEM WITH TRIAL VERSION!BY THE WAY SUPPORT DVD SANTA ADRESS IS NOT VALID, I GET MESSAGE UN -DELIVERABLE.

    I ENCODE, THEN BURN, AND TRY TO PLAY IN MY PLAYER AND IT TRIES TO READ BUT COMES BACK SAYING NO DVD. I AM USING SAME PLAYER AS BEFORE,RCA, SAME BRAND OF DVD .

    Maybe you should first check if the files on HD are O.K. before burning.

    I CHECK ALL MOVIES BEFORE I TRY TO BURN, AND THEY PLAY FINE, AND SAME MOVIE WILL BURN ON DVD+RW BUT NOT ON THE OTHERS.

    So it works on PC but not on standalone player? If so, most likely media problem.

    hd files are fine, and will burn and play when i use dvd+rw but not dvd-r or dvd+r, when i had trial version of dvd santa i could use all of the above .

    It's hard to say, esp. when the software developers upgrade their products so often. Some time ago there was this guy on this forum who downloaded the trial version of Nero, felt completely satisfied, went out to buy a retail version, only to find that the sound became cracky!
    So if you already had updated your firmware etc., my best advice would still be a bit more patient and try out different media.

    THANKS SCF, I WONDER IF ANYONE ELSE IS HAVING SAME PROBLEM WITH FULL VERSION DVD SANTA ?
