    is there anyway i can get free legal dvd-screeners if so can somebody give me instructions on how i can get some

    nope. screeners are for the industry only.

    im talking about getting the actual discs themselves not downloading

    and i'm telling you, "no." they're not released to those not in the industry. by screeners, you either mean the original footage with the tracking numbers, which is film that's not in the final stages of editing; or, you mean the dvds that are released to industry members and reviewers, which the sign contracts for never to release. in either case, no. no films are legally released before the date they come out on dvd (save, obviously, the movies in theaters, but that's just in theaters).
