Hi there, newbie for sure here. I read the guides on getting a DVD9 to a single DVD-R disc. My question is this, using DVD Shrink, how do I know which audio files are the main ones and which ones are the commentary tracks? Thanks.

Usually the first audio channel listed is the main one. You could try previewing the movie and 'right clicking' in the preview screen to select various audio tracks. Also the director's Commentary is often labeled as such.
