DVD Shrink disappears after I click Backup?

    Hi all,

    I click open disc, then it opens it, I click ok, then it asks me about region of the country, I pisk USA and Canada, then click ok, then DVD Shrink closes. Anyone know why that's happening? I can get it to start ripping!

    I have used Shrink for years and I don't recall it ever asking for the region of a disc. Try uninstalling the program and reinstalling with this site http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/ What movie is giving you trouble? Shrink alone cannot handle the encryptions on newer movies, $onys are real nasty. Is you disc a PAL disc? Or NTSC?
