DVD Shrink gives Copy Protection, I/O device error...

    I just got this DVD Shrink program and am trying to do Anchorman and Grateful Dawg.
    The error comes after I hit BACKUP and is:
    DVD Shrink encountered an error
    Copy Protection error
    The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

    I tried Grateful Dawg because it is more generic than Anchorman and got the same message.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

    You could try playing your dvd in your dvd player software (windvd, powerdvd, tray player, etc.) for a few,pause it,leave it open, and then try ripping.If that doesnt work, download, and try dvd decrypter, if you dont have it already.You'll find it at the top of this page under software,how to guides for decrypter, can be found under the guides tab,(dvd decrypter is free)
