DVD to MP4 Help

Ive probley tried nearly every program that does this and i cannot fint 1 program that works.
DVD Dycyptor just comes up an error.
Clone DVD Mobile comes up saying error with DVD
ImTOO DVD Ripper Platinum 4 just crashes my computer
ImTOO DVD to PC just dont wanna seem to work and all the other programs like that

Any ideas?

I just wanna comvert my DVD film and put it on my PSP.

Its not reconising the DVD???

Does anyone know whats wrong?
i can covert .avi, mpeg etc but i cant seem to get it to reconise my DVD film?
