DVD to VCD

    I heard there was software so that a DVD can be recorded to TWO cd discs, can anyone give me some names of software please, cheers, ALI.

    You need the KVCD templates for TMPGenc. Go to http://www.kvcd.net/portal/index.php and read all there, downloading the templates from a link which lies under the page called [bold]TMPGEnc templates Optimized with KVCD parameters [/bold] (sorry, no direct link available).
    They guarantee an approx. 90' of 704x480 NTSC(704x576 if PAL) movie on a single CD. If you lose some quality you gain more room (with 352x480/576 "High Quality" you can rise up to 120' on 1 CD, with 352x240/288 ULBR "low quality" you can rise up to 360' up to 1 CD).
