How do I compress DVD Video to DVD-R, When the movie im backing up is larger then the disc, I.E Supertroopers is 5.3gigs, so it wont fit on my 4.7 gig DVD-R, also, how do you get around the copy-right protection, what would be some good programs for these problems?

I am sure that DVD2One will do this for you. I dont know what it costs but last weeks afterdawn news letter had instructions on how to do this. I have used DVDDecrypter and never had any protection that could not be overcome.

dvd2one is good but i found that dvdxcopy was better it splits the disc so you need 2 dvdrs but you get all the extras etc. easy to use too, also removes the protection .. i think when you use dvd2one you loose quality..sorry if it doesnt help..
