DVD X Copy Platinum v3.11

When I try to burn a DVD using the Express option the software reads/rips the contents from the DVD but when it comes time to insert a blank disc the start button stays gray.

When I burn using the advance option, I can copy and burn a DVD with no problem.

Any suggestions on what I can try to get the Express option to work?

 

Some times Express is picky about the media it`s about to burn to. Have you tried different media with Express?

 

I have tired DVD-R (Imation), DVD+R (Memorex), and DVD+RW (Memorex) media without any success.

 

Try using Maxell DVD-+R media. I have been lucky with them. I have had constant problems with Memorex media.
