dvd2svcd video arrange settings using tmpgenc

    when I use tmpgenc by itself, I can change a amaphoric movie to full screen or a widescreen to an amaphoric movie by just using the video arrange and set it for 'no margins'. In dvd2svcd when using the tmpgenc encoder, I do not see this setting. Is it hidden somewhere or dvd2svcd does not offer it???
